This is one of my new favorite things to make! No one was home when I made these and there wasn’t any for them when they came back. Yes, I ate them all. That’s how good they are. All the ingredients are basic and easy to get (there’s only 3!) And they aren’t a fried, greasy food. Pizza sauce or Rague works great as a dipping sauce. They also make a great party food.
What you need:
8 Cheese sticks
1/3 c. Skim milk
1/2 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
Note: If you don’t have Italian bread crumbs you can make your own by putting bread in the toaster, crumbling it and adding seasoning.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and grease a cookie sheet. Cut each cheese stick into 5 pieces. Dip them into the milk and then roll in bread crumbs pressing firmly so they stick. Put on cookie sheet and cook for 7-10 min. Enjoy!
