Pool Noodle Garland

This is about the cutest garland I ever made! I hung it around my treehouse. To make one you will need:
-pool noddles(the ruffle ones make the flowers)
-big 4 in. needle sometimes called a doll needle
-bread knife, (knife with teeth that can work like a saw)
-thick string or yarn. Multi colored bakers twine would be cute too.

Cut slices off the pool noodle 1/2 inch thick. Use the knife like a saw to make smooth cuts. The foam cuts really easy and fast. If you are nervous ask your mom to make the cuts. It won’t take her long. You could use a ruler and mark off every 1/2 inch. I didn’t and mine are not all exactly 1/2 in. but look fine. Thread the needle with string and poke needle through one side of noodle and out the other.

You can make 25 feet of garland out of one 5 foot long noodle. I used four different colors. The blue is my favorite because it looks like a flower.
