What You Need:
Green gumdrops 1 inch for big cupcakes 1/2 inch for small (36 minis from the bulk bins store cost me 75 cents)
Cupcakes Chocolate or White
White Chocolate Chips Reg or mini
1/4 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Frost the cupcakes with the green frosting. Then, cut the gumdrops in half. Stick the white chocolate chips in to the cut side, flat side out. Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl for 1 min. string every 30 seconds. Scoop them into a plastic baggy and cut a tiny bit of the corner off tosqueeze the melted chocolate through. Put a tiny dot on each white chocolate chip. Stick them on the cupcakes and enjoy.
